New New Years Resolution



I recently read Changing for Good: A Revolutionary Six-Stage Program for Overcoming Bad Habits and Moving Your Life Positively Forward by Prochaska, Norcross and Diclemente. This is a book that provides the individual with the tools to overcome any bad habit.  This method was initially used for smoking cessation but it really applies to everything. In this book the authors mention that when you are making a change, don't just make a commitment in your head.
Make a commitment OUT LOUD and TO SOMEONE(S) who will hold you accountable. For this reason I am making the following declarative statement:
In 2012,  I, David A. Wolfe, plan to completely bake through all of the Following Formulas found in Two of Daniel Leaders Books. This statement will be a binding contract as of 6:00 p.m on January 9th 2012.

Failure to meet this goal will be evident if 51 blog entries are not published by January 9th 2013.
